Babypoppits will treat international shipments on a case to case basis. For exact shipping charges, please email enquiry@babypoppits.com along with your delivery address, potential ordered items and preferred courier company (if any).



Returns


We at Babypoppits ensure the quality of our products and go through a thorough QA inspection before they are shipped to our customers. We do not accept returns, exchange or refunds.


However, in the event you are unhappy with your purchase with the exception of the following :


1. Garment does not fit as expected (too small/too big)

2. Do not like the overall look of item (cutting/material/colour)

3. Accidental damage or wear and tear of product by customers' negligence

4. Actual colour varies from the colour online (colour varies slightly due to monitor display settings)


do contact us within 5 days of shipment arrival and we will get back to you. In isolated cases if reimbursements are agreed by Babypoppits, the item will be given in the form of re-delivery only or exchange with current stocks available of equal or lesser value (if the item is no longer available in stock) and NOT in cash value.


Customer is responsible to ship the defective item back, upon receiving the item, Babypoppits will then ship and bear the shipping charges on both ways of the exchanged item.
